  Always an attentive, thoughtful and supportive team. The store also provided me with a list of service providers (for a tray I scratched and wanted repaired). The provider was terrific. Thank you all!

  Ordered a caviar display for Christmas, the prong was bent and bowl for ice scratched. Emailed the company to get another sent out to have the crystal be cracked as well and a very scratched bowl. The man I was emailing with said this store assured him it was in perfect condition. This item was over 1k not to mention….I’ve had a better shopping experience at Scully & Scully, they are much more professional and prestigious. Do not waste your money with this company they take no pride in what they give you.

  Same complaint as reviewer below. We don’t do repairs (on our christofle items!) and we don’t know who does. What about in Europe? You’d have to contact them yourself. Wow great customer service.
