We recently completed a full window treatment project across three rooms in our home, and the entire process—from selection through installation—exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was how thoroughly and thoughtfully every step was handled.
The selection process was impressively detailed and fully customizable. Our designers walked us through a wide range of options, clearly laying out every choice so we could tailor each element exactly to our needs: shades and blinds styles, rods, manual versus motorized operation, drape rings, precise dimensions, materials, opacity levels, colors, and more. Nothing felt limited or off-the-shelf; every component could be adjusted, which made it easy to create a cohesive, personalized look across all three rooms while still understanding the practical pros and cons of each decision.
Lara and her manager Leslie were outstanding partners throughout the design phase. They listened carefully to the aesthetic we wanted and then layered in their own expertise to refine and elevate the overall vision. Together they helped us land on the best combination of design, quality, and value—actively seeking the strongest prices and most suitable products without ever compromising on the look we were after. Their communication was consistent, professional, and proactive, which kept the project moving smoothly and gave us complete confidence at every stage.
Installation was equally excellent. Louis, our installer, was detailed, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He measured carefully, installed both the blinds and the drapery with precision, and took the time to ensure everything hung and operated perfectly. After the work was finished, he cleaned up all the cardboard boxes and packaging debris, leaving the spaces tidy and ready to enjoy.
The only minor inconvenience was the system process of reserving technician appointments, which can feel a bit cumbersome. Aside from that scheduling friction, the installation experience itself was outstanding.
Overall, this was a highly positive experience from start to finish. Lara, Leslie, and Louis delivered thoughtful design guidance, competitive value, and meticulous craftsmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the results in all three rooms and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality, fully customizable window treatments.
