We had a great experience with Blinds to Go. Our sales associate, Brayella, was very patient with our detailed needs, including answering many questions related to our whole house project and also accommodating our schedule design change decisions along the away. We had a combination of roman shades, roller shades, and cafe shutters. Our installer Justin was great too!
My first meeting with Celina was brilliant. She listened to what I needed and what I thought I might want. Her suggestions were perfect and she helped me find the best blinds for the best price. I can’t recommend this place any higher.

The design consultants at the Blinds to Go were very easy and pleasant to work with. They clearly explained different options suitable for our windows and helped to choose the right ones. We really enjoyed working with Maria, Nicole, and Victoria. The installation went smoothly too. The installer Adriano was very professional, knowledgeable about the product, polite, and respectful. We truly recommend Blinds to Go

We had great experience with all the consultants in the store, they helped us to choose the right blinds for our home, explained the difference between the different ways of installation. The installation went easy and smoothly as well! We are happy with our blinds!
If you’re looking for a seamless, professional customer service experience, Blinds2Go is absolutely not the place.
From the start, it felt like the focus was on upselling rather than actually advising. I was charged for excess fabric that simply wasn’t necessary for my curtains, which felt like a blatant attempt to inflate the cost rather than deliver what was appropriate for the space.
And once they have your money, the experience shifts completely. Communication is, frankly, bizarre. You’re told to email the store, but no one responds. Follow-ups go unanswered. It’s as if the moment payment is secured, any sense of accountability disappears.
To make matters worse, the installation itself was flawed. The curtains didn’t even function properly and had to be adjusted later, requiring an “expert” to come out just to release excess fabric so they could close correctly. This is something that should have been handled properly the first time.
Overall, the experience felt disjointed, frustrating, and unnecessarily drawn out. They are quick to chase payment, but slow—or entirely absent—when it comes to resolving issues.
I would strongly recommend staying away.
