The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Showed me a couple of units to look at. Answered all my questions and concerns and walked me through the setup process quickly and easily. The facility was very clean and well kept.. I highly recommend using this facility..

I rented Unit 5003 back in late May 2026 at a rate of $36/month, paying 4 months upfront in good faith. Exactly 4 months later, I received an email stating that my rate is increasing to $65/month starting September 27th an 80% price hike!
While I understand introductory rates change, doubling the price after just 4 months feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to trap customers once their items are inside the unit. Be very careful with their initial pricing, as it will rapidly jump to unreasonable amounts almost immediately. Very disappointed with this pricing strategy. I'm leaving there immediately.

Tener los carros con locker es lo único que no me gusta, me gustaria que al llegar los carros esten sueltos y asi no perder tipo, llendo a la oficina, para llevar mi ID y buscar la llave, luego regresar la llave y buscar el ID, se pierde mucho tiempo en esos procedimientos.
