I moved my storage to Extra Space because I was being overcharged in the city. I love the facility. It's airy and clean. I love the employees I met. I was at another place where they started out only charging me $100 a month... I blinked and suddenly my bill was $310 a month. I only stayed with them for 5 months. Yes... it's unbelievable. Not right. I find this company to be more kind and ethical. I'm so relieved to have Extra Space Storage. It's a secure feeling. And frankly... I like that it's outside of the city. Not hard to get to and a very pleasant environment. No hidden fees. Good company. Thank God!
