This has been a problem for a week or so. Nasty smelling sewage water is dripping from the ceiling (pictured below) Management is collecting it in a garbage can over the weekend. The can has overflowed with sewage water and is spilling onto the floor, leaking into someone's unit. I called their customer service number. They didn't seem too bothered. I came back 4 hours later and it's now leaking down the elevator shaft onto the first floor. I can't use the elevator because it's raining sewage water right in front of the elevator entrance. I called again and they just said they would let management know.

I honestly cannot Thank Ruben the manager of the storage facility I rent a unit at enough! He is always so professional, helpful and truly cares! Anytime I have a question he is always so helpful. He even helped me save money by suggesting moving from a first floor to a second floor unit! I will only be using Extra Space!
