Terrible service from the young woman at the New Paltz office. It was pouring rain, and if I opened the car window to enter the code, a lot of water would get in. I called and asked her to open the gate so I could LEAVE (not enter) I was on my way out, but she refused. I think the way customers are treated needs to be reviewed; it costs nothing to be kind and courteous to others.

I called to inquire about a storage unit and there was one available but I had to call back because I had to talk it over with my husband. I called back within a 20 minute half hour period and it was already gone. I then called the general manager Ed and talked with him and told him I was only looking to spend the most about $85 that I did not want to hit the $100 mark. Unfortunately he said he just got rid of the last five by 10 storage unit and there was none available at this time. So I told him to call me back if anything opens. About 5-10 minutes later my phone rings it's Ed saying we got one I just kicked somebody out. So I signed the lease immediately everything was done online with an access code and all that once you get in and you get to your actual storage unit they already have a brand new lock inside the storage unit for you and everything went smooth so my experience was great and affordable. Ask to speak to Ed he was a great manager knew what he was talking about and was very upfront and honest not much more I could ask for.
