Been a tenant here for a little over a year. Facility is great, but already had 2 significant price price increases in 16mos. Went to manager to complain and negotiated a reduced increase. This is the game they play, because in the contract they have the right to levy an increase at will. They bring you in at a discounted price and once all of your possessions are in your unit, they hit you with an increase, because they can. Look for a storage company that gives guarantees on length of time before increases. Not sure if they exist, but it's worth a shot.
