  I purchased a sofa sleeper but unfortunately was too big for the bedroom door opening. I returned to the Nanuet store to speak with Jomon, my sales person who is terrific. He was off. I was greeted by Jesus and explained what happened. Jesus politely introduced us to Cindy SanMillan. A great experience. She assisted us with a new sofa sleeper. Smaller. We ended up getting a recliner chair and a living set. Cindy took the time to help me pick out the fabric. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely continue to purchase from Raymour and Flanigan.

  We have used Raymour & Flanigan with Cindy Sanmillan for years for furnishings for our organization. Today we made a personal purchase as we plan on retirement. Of course, we returned to R&F with Cindy. She is very knowledgeable about inventory, complementing pieces so you are not matchy-matchy, and she truly cares about her customers!

  Cindy was terrific during our trip here. She has a fantastic insight to interior design and was determined to make sure we were happy with color and texture matching with our existing home setup. We ordered several items of furniture and could not be happier with how we were treated from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Cindy sets the bar for customer service - exceptional.

  Had a great experience at this store. We went in knowing my we wanted a modular couch and a new queen mattress. We were directed to Jose C. as he had the most knowledge on the modular sectional. He walked us through our options and let us test the couches with no pressure. He answered all of our questions around the colors, fabrics and modular pieces available. After determining our couch Jose C. also directed us to the mattresses where he again let us browse and try things on without hovering. He came back after 5 minutes and was ready to offer us the accessories we needed with our new mattress. Jose and Maria then checked us out and let us know our financing options. We will definitely come back to this store.

  We recently visited Raymour & Flanigan to reselect a couch, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My wife and I stopped by yesterday with our infant child, and the store associate was incredibly accommodating. The associate, Greg quickly connected us with a manager, Vlad, who could assist with our re-selection. Vlad was patient, attentive, and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns without making us feel rushed. Greg and Vlad made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and manageable, especially with a baby in tow. Overall, the entire process was smooth and easy, and we left feeling confident in our decision. We really appreciated the level of customer service and would definitely recommend shopping here. We went there on Saturday and got our couch today - a week later, and we love it! Thank you to the Nanuet Raymour & Flanigan team!
