  Nathan, our salesman was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did have some issue with getting the COI and I was pretty upset because of the customer service rep Lily, but Lynn , the manager helped out in a timely manner and fixed the situation. Because of her fast assistance, I am giving five stars and would go back to purchase more furniture in the future.

  RAJA LOYAL was one of the most helpful people I have ever seen at an store especially a furniture store he was so incredibly helpful for me who was looking for a bed and a couch he helped me look for a bed because I have back pain and with me couch he showed me almost every single one in the store, will definitely come back here for the next time I’m furniture shopping

  My husband & I have been purchasing furniture from Raymour & Flanigan for many, many years. We like their products, which have lasted a long time. We’ve shopped at the Nanuet store a couple of times & most recently, bought a new couch from that location. We have been lucky enough to work with Veej, who is one of the Home Furnishing Consultants (aka sales associates) there. We always request to shop the store with Veej because he’s polite, professional & isn’t pushy with customers. He takes his time to answer questions & is very thorough. Definitely recommend the Nanuet location & in particular, having Veej as your Hone Furnishing Consultant.
