  I purchased a new mattress from Brandon. He was excellent in providing all the details and helping me get the best mattress for a great price. He was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend Brandon to anyone looking for furniture or a mattress, you won’t be disappointed

  Cindy S. from Nanuet store was incredible! So very knowledgeable in every area. She was helpful, patient and considerate. Cindy spent four, uninterrupted hours with us. She helped us design an entire apartment: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, from soup to nuts! Cindy was friendly and made this experience easy and fun. Cindy is definitely an asset to Raymour & Flanigan!!!!

  Our salesman was Najam. Im giving 1 star for the pickup experience at the nanuet location. I purchased 2 floor model rugs and 2 carpet pads 2 days ago. 2 rugs that were floor model and I had to pick up the 2 carpet pads from Suffern since they were coming from Buffalo. So the 2 rugs I purchased which I could have picked up next day had to be wrapped so it can be picked up at the nanuet location a day later. Najam insisted to just pick up all items 2 days later which I did. I figured I could pick up the pads in nanuet but I was not provided the option so I went up to suffern. After suffern I went to Nanuet to p/u the carpets. They were never ready for me to p/u. Granted r&f had 2 days to prep the order. The associate in the back was not aware of the carpets for pickup and it seemed the carpets were never pulled to be prepped for out for pickup. I was greeted by Najam and he said just go to the back to pick up the 2 carpets. I had to wait 30 mins for the carpets to be pulled and wrapped for me. The associate in the back was not to blame since I was called at 1148am and asked when I was coming to pick up my items. I stated b/w 12pm and 2pm. I got to the nanuet location at 1:30pm to come to wait till 2:20pm for a poorly wrapped carpet for me to deal with. I might as well picked it off the rack and put it right into my car 2 days ago. Najam never checked the back on myself impatiently waiting for a 12 to 2pm window. The associate in the back stated he never got the order to begin with. Dont ever do a customer pickup at this location unless you plan on waiting for it. Ask for free shipping at all costs. You figure with an extra day to process the wrapped carpet would have been the first thing to be tended to since all I was waiting for was carpet pads..... smh. Still waiting from a call back from the manager for an explanation on just making the sale and not following through with the end process communication to other depts.

  From the moment I walked into the store all the sales people were attentive to me. My salesman Najam Alam was especially attentive to my interests, my style preferences and went out of his way to meet all my needs, even giving me his personal cell phone number so I could immediately reach him. He explained the delivery process in detail, came Tony apartment to measure the space so we would be sure that the furniture I was interested in purchasing would fit well in my home. I am grateful for his exceptional service and making certain to give me the best purchase point possible.
