I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Extra Space Storage in Nanuet. Ken and Jasaan have been outstanding from day one. They are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress free, and the facility is always clean, secure, and well maintained, which gives me complete peace of mind.
What really stood out was their exceptional customer service. After the recent storm, the elevator was temporarily out of service, but Jasaan went out of his way to help me, and Ken stepped in to help carry my belongings into the building. They certainly did not have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. It is rare to find customer service like this these days, and it is the reason I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Nanuet. Thank you both for everything. Keep up the amazing work!

We always have a great experience at this storage facility. Ken is incredibly pleasant, courteous, and professional, and he has made every interaction easy and stress-free. We accidentally lost the keys to our storage unit, and he quickly reassured us that they could remove the lock at no charge. He took care of everything efficiently and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a completely hassle-free experience.
It’s not often you come across customer service like this. Ken’s willingness to go above and beyond truly leaves a lasting impression. The facility is well-maintained, and the entire experience has always felt organized, welcoming, and never stressful.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service and staff who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Ken! Outstanding customer service!

Extra Space Storage in Nanuet has by far been one of the best storage spaces I’ve gotten to work with. We had a complex situation (storage locker from family who passed, and we’re from out of town) and Ken worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed as we went through the locker. He was so incredibly helpful. I wish we lived closer, we’d definitely move all our storage there!

Amazing customer service and well maintained! I have used dozens of storage locations (across various companies and states) for my business. I would say this is one of my very favorite places to date. Ken was incredibly helpful including communication over email to coordinate for a client. He offered advice that was very helpful since we were operating on a short time scale and based out of town. The building is well maintained, well lit, and parking is conveniently located. But the customer service was beyond what I expect or have seen at any other storage site I have used.
