  Ken was very informative and helpful! I like that the office was actually manned until 6 pm, and he was very communicative and friendly. He took us to see different units when we were unsure of the size, and the property seems very well maintained. Would store here again!

  I would strongly advise people to avoid storing with this company. The pricing on the website is extremely misleading and, in my opinion, unethical. I booked a storage unit advertised at $79/month plus a one-time admin fee. Nowhere on the website, during checkout, or in the payment process did it clearly state that this was only a temporary introductory offer. After around 3 months, I received a tiny letter — literally smaller than half an A4 page — saying my rent would jump from $79 to $129/month with only 30 days notice. It honestly feels like the reason they send such a small notice is so customers overlook it and suddenly get hit with a huge increase. When I called to complain, they claimed it was a “promotional” rate. Again, this was never properly disclosed anywhere when booking. They then offered me a “discounted” rate of $100/month. I pointed out that if I booked a brand-new unit in the same building today, it would only cost $72/month, but they tried to justify the higher amount by mentioning admin fees and lock costs. They advertise attractive prices to get you in, then dramatically increase the cost a few months later. There are plenty of other storage companies around with honest, transparent pricing that don’t play these kinds of games. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Edit:After receiving their response, I called the number provided hoping to resolve the issue. Instead, the representative doubled down and refused to honor even the $100/month discount. So my original review still stands. Misleading pricing, poor transparency, and disappointing customer service. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

  I went in there today, clearly frustrated that after not going there for many years, I was unable to find all of my storage units. I was wondering what kind of cloak-and-dagger hidden maze kind of stuff are they running here? But the 2 gentlemen inside, Jasan and Ken, helped me a great deal. They had a pleasant and calm demeanor. Jasan offered to walk with me to find each of my units. When I came back to the office Ken had printed out the maps so I would not have this problem again. Jasan showed me floor by floor how to get to each side. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of their help. Good customer service is hard to find.

  Today, we met with Ken. He showed us around the facility and helped us to find a storage unit that fits our needs. He is also friendly and very knowledgeable about services and products. And he and his colleagues give excellent customer service. Thank you!
