  I had the best experience everrrrrrrr! Lou the designer was Perfect!! He was attentive informative and very knowledgeable in his craft! He gave me Excellent advice an explained everything in detail. His expertise was very valuable. He listened to my wants and needs and delivered amazing feedback which I greatly appreciated. He also had great vibes which is a plus. I enjoyed my visit to this store very much and would absolutely return n would recommend to all my friends and family. Honestly he actually made my day I was feeling sad when I walked in; trying to handle my business but left completely happy and satisfied. Thank You Lou. I appreciate You!

  Lou made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly has an eye for design. He didn’t just help us pick out blinds, he helped create a beautiful, cohesive atmosphere in my parents’ home that feels both stylish and comfortable. Lou took the time to understand the space, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. His expertise and attention to detail really show in the final result.

  I recently visited Blinds to Go and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated how knowledgeable the employees were and how they made me feel valued as a customer. The measurement and Installation was perfect. I recommend Blinds to Go to anyone looking for great products and outstanding customer service.

  Working with Lourans was the highlight of my entire remodeling project. He went far beyond the role of a salesperson, stepping in as a true personal interior designer who understood exactly what I needed. His professionalism, courtesy, and deep knowledge of products, materials, and functionality made the whole experience effortless.   Worst experience. My wife and I went to look at blinds for our new house at Blinds to Go in Nanuet. As we walked in we saw a lady and a gentleman who asked us what we were looking for. We said blinds. He asked 1, 2, 3 windows? I answered the whole house and he asked how many. I said about 15. He said the blinds are not on sale and walked away. The lady had already walked away. We were the only customers in the store. We looked at the different blinds which have NO PRICES and the whole time we were there neither the man or lady came over to help us. We got frustrated so we headed for the door and still nothing from either of them so we left. I will NEVER return to or conduct business with Blinds to Go that has this type of customer treatment. They had no interest in helping us.
