i just took all my stuff out of this location, this past weekend I’ve been there for a little bit over a year and the price went up every month dramatically with huge increase leading up to the last increase of almost $100. My previous storage unit was CubeSmart and I never had Deal with all these huge increases and I’ve been with them for two years prior to coming to extra space storage. The only reason I moved because I recently moved into this neighborhood in Mt. Vernon and wanted a storage unit closer to my home, but I regret moving my things to facility. the starter fee they use to get you to move in doesn’t stay that price for long. It would double in a couple of months!! on top of being expensive and they huge increase, they have a nerve to have a rodent issue. I had a unit on the first floor and constantly had to deal with mice running in and out of my unit one day my boyfriend came, and the place was full of rat and mice feces And even saw a dead mice when we moved out, I complained about it and nothing was done. I would definitely not recommend this location at all because of the rodent issue. I had other storage unit first floor as well and never had to deal with such a thing, they way too expensive and they do not keep The Place Clean! and Control the rodents!!! I added pictures, but I didn’t attach the Dead mice to spare you guys
