  We just purchased a sectional from the middle town store. Our salesperson was Brianna, she was excellent very knowledgeable, very helpful, no pressure at all. Definitely one of the best salespersons I've ever dealt with.

  Was looking for a recliner lift chair. Nicholas Giordano was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Didn’t rush us and explained everything well. We bought a very nice chair with just enough features. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back for future items we may need.

  We came in looking for something very specific Representative Francisco pointed us to the area of interest. A Great selection to choose from - we quickly found something that met our requirements and we completed our purchase. Great selection Friendly service.

  I am beyond upset with how this overall transaction has gone. I custom ordered a couch and got it delivered completely destroyed. With waiting another 6 months for a replacement they sent that couch to a warehouse (outlet) had to wait another 3 months. Finally the couch arrived and lo and behold they charged me for the re-delivery!! I’ve been charged for 2 couches with only one in my possession. Brundelina who’s a manager there is as clueless as it gets. It’s been 4 months of trying to get this off my credit and no one can seem to do anything about it. So here I am stuck with paying 2 couches off when I have only purchased one.i will save myself the stress and never go back here again. Terrible customer service and they couldn’t give less of a crap about their clients. Once the money is made you’re just a number.

  My husband and were looking for a recliner in Middletown, NY. We had gone to a traditional recliner store, but wanted to check out what Raymour & Flanigan had to offer. We were greeted by Mike who directed us to the reclining section. He was warm, friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He gave us a few tips and so many options. He didn't pressure us. He rolled with the flow and before I knew it, my husband found his chair . It wasn't the most expensive, it is without all the bells and whistles, but exactly the one that checked all his boxes. Mike didn't try to push a more expensive one on him, he simply made the customized fabric selection and ordering process so easy. Thank you Mike for making it such a pleasant experience. We definitely will be back when we need other pieces of furniture! Especially bedroom furniture. I noticed incredibly beautiful sets as well as a huge selection of mattresses.
