They kept us informed throughout process. They were very friendly and courteous which put my mom and I at ease. Mel and the delivery team were excellent. They were professional, courteous and timely. They took the time to explain some of the features of our new stove/oven, which we greatly appreciated. When it comes down to it, Michael's Appliances is the best!!!

Cameron for delivery set up and the two best are Brennan and Richard for delivery and set up. They were phenomenal. They came with smiles, courteous, professional and made sure my appliances were hooked up correctly.

Got the new one recently stainless steel, model 300. Love it. They deliver, install and cart the old one away. We have been using Michaels Appliances for years, for all our appliances. Never have been disappointed with the appliances or the incredible service they provide. Very resonable prices also. Their service people are great, very nice, efficient and reliable. Wouldn't buy my appliances any where else. I highly recommend them.
