  Nice guys at the store..gave me plenty of time to decide..but 6 weeks came and went and noone ever called me to tell me until I called months later..that it was sitting in the warehouse..😂😂😂😂!!

  Very helpful salesman, Sean, gave me the time and space to try out several recliners to decide which one might be best for my back issues. He answered all my questions, gave me pricing details and financing info, then he gave me the space to decide what I wanted to do.

  Shopping for a power-lift recliner for my dad(92) who just transitioned into assisted-living, and needed to make a quick purchase. I called ahead spoke and with Judy, told her what I was looking for and needed it to be in-stock. I arrived to the store early, immediately greeted by Judy, tested the recliner and she had me out the door in less than 20 minutes with a scheduled delivery 4 days from now. All in all, great experience with this La-Z-Boy location and Judy was awesome! Definitely will return here for future furniture purchases. Thanks Judy!

  I recently purchased a Pinnacle PWR Wall Recliner from La-Z-Boy in Middletown, NY. Customer service was excellent. Richard Kithcast greeted me as I entered the store. He was very professional, listened to my needs, and proceeded to show me exactly what I was looking for in a recliner. After showing me how the remote works on each chair he left me to try each chair. I finally decided on my purchase. There was no high pressure yet Rich was there when I needed him to answer questions. He provided excellent customer service from the moment I entered to store until I left happy with my purchase. He followed up with me to ensure the delivery was completed to my satisfaction. I have now lived with my new recliner for over a month. It is extremely comfortable. I am slightly handicapped from a fractured hip and this chair is comfortable and exceeds my needs to be able to sit for long period of time and still be able to get up and walk without pain. I highly recommend Rich and the Middletown, NY store . I am a retired retail store manager and I can truly say I was completely happy with this store, Rich's customer service, the delivery process, and my new PWR recliner. If you are looking to buy a recliner Middletown La--Z- Boy is the place to shop. Ask for Rich!
