- CSC S3 days ago3.0I like the store in general, but the cashier was rude for no reason. Additionally, there are signs all over the store that say free home delivery for insider perks members on purchases over $150, then I was told that wasn't the case because it has to be under 40 miles. I live 29 miles away, but the associate was very sure about my house being more than 40 miles. I guess she believed her estimate to be more accurate than Google Maps? It was pretty weird. The three stars is for their great selection of items and a nice male associate who helped us load an item into our car.

I believe she is a manager - She assisted me with two lounge chair pillows - I travelled from Poughkeepsie to get these pillows because they were sold out everywhere - Rachele was knowledgeable, professional and kind. It’s nice when someone is able to retain their ability for empathy when it’s so easy to become robotic and move on autopilot when you’re at work dealing with thousands of people everyday. Rachele was able to do that. And became did it with me, I’m sure this is just simply her everyday nature and how she naturally operates at work and in her life. Just wanted to post this to let her know what a difference she made for me and I hope At Home knows how valuable Rachele is. Thank you Rachel!

Only notable rep was named Tara. Maybe she should be the manager. Has better customer rep skills than the untrained rude unhelpful ones.
