I recently needed a large storage space and reached out to ExtraSpace in Manlius. Within a few minutes, I had secured the space I wanted as well aa access to the facility! I had all the information I needed to move-in and store things right away! I've rented storage units multiple times in the last 30 years, and never have I had an experience this positive in a space this clean with management so efficient and effective. Jeff is amazing. He is present responsive; he keeps the place absolutely immaculate. When I opened the space, I couldn't believe how clean it was and how effective the locking mechanism was and how smooth and easy door situation was. Like I said, I've had storage units in the past that have been in various arrays of chaos– that is NOT the case with any of the storage that I've seen at ExtraSpace in Manlius! I couldn't be happier with the digital access codes and smooth opening gate as well as the hours and communication and help from Jeff the manager. If you were looking for mediocre, go elsewhere because all you'll find is exemplary at this place.

Jeff came right out to meet me when I pulled in. He shook my hand, introduced himself and was very friendly. He helped me pick out a 10x10 unit and go me situated very quickly, I had the keys to my new unit asap! I had my dog with me and he was very kind to my pup and welcomed us both inside the office. Storage unit is everything I need and the price was fair. Thanks Jeff!
