    I generally like this store, but their online ordering, curbside pickup process needs quite a bit of work. If you’re short handed, hire more people! I ordered a lawnmower through their app (easy to use btw) and when done, was informed that the item I wanted would be available in a few days. Fair enough. The item was a day late and the curbside pickup was atrocious. I checked in, and I never saw anyone. After an hour, I tried to call, no answer. I went in hopping mad, and the pickup desk was actually helpful. After getting the mower in my car, I knew I had to share this. Their curbside pickup is worthless, fix it, if you need help, hire someone, the current state is unacceptable.

    Terrible customer service been waiting 4 days since my delivery has arrived and is just sitting there because nobody wants to do the work to assemble it now all of a sudden I can’t pick it up because “only the assembler can remove it from the crate” (keep in mind this was after already going in and them telling me to go get my trailer) and after driving back and fourth several times and Talking to someone several different times trying to get some kind of information.. I will never buy anything from this shitty Lowe’s again

    Don’t order any larger project from Lowe’s. We spent $15K on door replacement through Lowe’s. We wanted 3 months for the order for it arrive wrong. Turns out they ordered the wrong doors, I’m okay with mistakes happening but Lowes hasn’t been helpful at all in helping solve the issue. They won’t help us try to expedite(we are now waiting half a year and it has cost us money in our construction), they offered no help in the financial burden they put us in, we actually had to pay more just to get the right order. All around terrible experience, if anyone else had similar issue would be helpful to hear if you figured out any way to solve!

    Overall, my experiences at this Lowe’s have been pretty positive—most of the employees are friendly and willing to help when you need it. That said, this review is really about one standout experience. We showed up last minute needing help loading mulch, and Mark didn’t hesitate for a second. Even though it was close to closing, he came outside with us and helped load everything into the car. What really stood out was his attitude—he was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. He didn’t rush us or make us feel like we were an inconvenience, which can easily happen that late in the day. Mark made what could’ve been a stressful, last-minute stop into a really positive experience. Big credit to him for going the extra mile.

    Worst store I’ve been to. No one ever knows what is going on and every complaint falls on deaf ears. I will never go back ever. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Home Depot.
