  Called the store many times and never got an answer. Do you guys sell peroxide? 35-37% if so what’s the price per gallon?

  Don’t bother with this location, don’t even attempt to call, they never answer anyway. It’s gone down the ringer the last couple years. Water testers don’t even give you any help. Go to island rec, better customer service and they answer the phones when you call.

  ​I was very satisfied with my recent visit to Leslie's Pool Supplies. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely look to help you out rather than just being pushy salespeople. They took the time to test my pool water and give me solid advice without trying to force unnecessary products on me. On top of the great service, their prices seem really good. I'll definitely be coming back for my pool maintenance needs!

  Place is the best in the business. All and any of my pool issues and problems get solved quick with the help of Ben, Mikey, Sammi and John. Super personal and beyond professional team here who are always easy to work with and have the answer to all my questions and concerns when it comes to keeping my pool at its best during the season. Can always count on them.

  I normally go to this Leslie’s location to have my pool water tested. The manager and the other employees are always friendly, helpful, and take the time to explain exactly what products my pool system needs. However, during my last two visits the last one today, I was assisted by an employee named Benjamin, and the experience was disappointing. He tested my water and printed the results but did not take the time to explain what the results meant or what products I needed, as the other employees usually do. As customers, we rely on the staff’s expertise, and I felt he was somewhat dismissive and condescending when I asked questions. I also asked when the manager would be back, and while I understand employee schedules may be private, the response felt abrupt and unhelpful. In addition, he made returning products unnecessarily difficult, even though another Leslie’s location in New Hyde Park has accepted returns without any issues. I hope this location can improve the customer experience, as it is the most convenient store for me. If an employee is unable to provide detailed guidance, it would be helpful to let customers know when a pool expert is available or post specific hours for water-testing consultations.
