  Great storage space! Very helpful staff, Santos and Carlos made sure our unit was clean and answered all our questions. Location is clean, safe, and secure. Easy move in with access to dollies and carts to help you move your things. Make sure to remember to bring a lock to secure you unit 😀

  I came into Storage Post fully intending to cancel my unit. I’d convinced myself the subscription was too expensive, too far, and too much of a hassle. Santos completely turned that around. He got me into a closer unit by the elevator and a more affordable one at that. Before I committed, he walked me over to see it, opened it up, unloaded my car, and helped me get everything organized inside. I didn’t ask him to do any of that, he just did it. It’s rare to get that kind of service anywhere these days, let alone at a storage facility. Because of Santos, I’m staying. If you’re on the fence about this location, he’s the reason to give it a shot.

  Good place to store your stuff. Carlos at the front was very helpful and kind. Good sense of humor. I picked this place due to its extended hours (10pm). Also 24hrs for businesses.

  As a student using storage for the first time, I was really overwhelmed at first. Carlos was extremely kind and helpful the entire time. He even helped carry my heavy luggage himself. Thanks to him, the whole process felt much easier and less stressful. Really appreciate his kindness and great customer service!

  I was so disappointed with this location once I arrived. Everything was great over the phone, but once I arrived, there was no one at the gate to open it up for us. I had to call and wait on hold for almost 10 minutes before we were let in. Then, once we were let in, the person at the front desk had no idea where my unit was and the facility did not have a map. I was using Lugg, so I was charged for all of this excess waiting.
