Jennalisa and the team was amazing from the very start of me walking in the door she stood up and asked if she could help she showed me 3 different units as I was just kicked out and was in a Jam and she was so understanding she went over the app which was awesome just saying and then offered a 50 move in credit as I had a u-haul this place is just GREAT highly recommend... 10 out of 10

Makeda made checking in for my first time a breeze. She was so kind and friendly- she made everything go so seamless for me! I'm happy I went with this location.
My lock was waiting for me inside my storage and everything was ready to go for my move in.

Beware of this business. I started the reservation process for a storage unit this past weekend and entered my credit card details, but I changed my mind before signing the rental agreements and closed out of the page without completing. Little did I know that Extra Space Storage considers providing your credit card information as entering into a formal rental agreement, and I was charged as if I were moving in that day, despite never signing anything, selecting a move-in date, or being aware that I had entered into any agreement. As a follow-up, I received no confirmation that I was in any formal agreement; instead, I received an email with the subject line "Action Required: Complete Your Rental Agreement," which I did not complete, as I assumed that this meant I was not in a rental agreement. But somehow, by their terms, providing my credit card information still constituted entering into an agreement as of the day I “signed up” online? I called directly to clarify why I was being charged, and they maintained that providing credit card details constitutes an agreement and that they would not refund the administrative fee or the days between when I provided my credit card information and the day I called (4 days in total). I have never heard of entering into an agreement without consent or a signature, so I find this business practice very strange and potentially illegal. I will be disputing with my credit card company, but wanted to leave this review as a warning to others.

Was a hot mess of a day but this extra storage unit space workers made it better! Genuinely so grateful for the workers and they made my move in a great experience, even stayed later than expected because me and my dad were having some issues and were very professional. Thank you thank you.

Jennalisa the manager with the glasses was super helpful she helped me find the right size and the helped me with the insurance part of the rental I came from another storage all my items were damaged and I lost my world I was heart broken as I did not have insurance she explained the benefits and I was super helpful....
