  We went into the store on a Friday and had the rudest salesman we've ever had for anything we've ever purchased. We didn't buy that day and he wouldn't even give us his card. We went back on Saturday and had a great salesman and we bought our mattress that day.

  We went to purchase a mattress. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us find what we were looking for with no pressure. We have purchased furniture there in the past and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend them.

  Last week I purchased a sectional from Raymore Flanigan‘s it was delivered on Saturday. Immediately when it was brought in, we realized that the furniture was too big for our room and sent one section back. Over the weekend we realized just wasn’t going to work and it was too big. We contacted Bree from Raymore and Flanigan‘s. She said to come in and she was very professional and managed to credit back. The furniture and provide us with an options that we love very good store very professional Bree is a manager and would recommend her and the store to all.

  STAY AWAY FROM RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN !!!!!! I ordered couch and loveseat. Day of delivery one guy was carrying a couch over his shoulder and other guy had loveseat over his shoulder. I thought this is strange. They put couch and loveseat down and popped back of couch like you would ona back of recliner. That was it. Cushions don't come off of these. Hard as a rock and both are extremely tiny. I told delivery guy I don't want these it's for children. It took them 2 minutes to do it .He said oh just call them and they will charge you a restocking fee and refund your money. I spent almost 900.00 on this set. I immediately wrapped couch and loveseat up in sheets and put in my front hallway to have them come get them I called Raymour and Flanigan immediately. The guy said he needed to file an E Commerce claim and it will take some time. He said he would have the man from E commerce call me asap. No call ! I called back spoke to Ashley I said the delivery guys just left and it's wrapped and in front of my front door. She said hold on she will call delivery guy to have him turn around and come right back to get it. I waited then it hung up, no call back. I called delivery guy myself as he just left and conveniently he has a voice mail that was never set up. Couldn't leave message. I did a chat online with company with a foreign name and he said I can't return it. I said I never even sat on it and it's all wrapped and the delivery ppl just left. He disappeared. I sent e -mails and each one said thank you someone will review my email. Nothing. Then today I checked to see to make sure they did receive my emails said Mailer Damon no such address. This couch and loveseat was made in Taiwan and is cheap as Hell. The supposed cushion you sit on is plywood a sheet of fake spring, then all hollow. I want my money back as I spent my taxes almost $900.00 and it's so deceiving in the pictures. It looks all fluffy and way bigger. I am attaching pics of my husband who is 5'11 and I am 5'1. I can't even lay on my side with legs bent on the loveseat and I am so short. Someone better contact me ASAP . I keep calling getting same prompts , they have different phone numbers and it's the same exact instructions. I was on the phone for 7 hours trying to get help. I wrote emails to BBB, our news station ( call for action) channel four and the Attorney General. I then read reviews and seen this a common thing with them where people had their furniture break or didn't receive parts of their order and no one gets back to them either from here. This place in Liverpool is supposed to be the corporate office. I've been calling since yesterday and no one comes to the phone. I will fight Tim I get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND FOOLING PEOPLE, DECEIVING PICTURES WHILE SETTING A HIGH PRICE FOR CHEAP FURNITURE. I looked up my receipt from them and on the top and AI said this is a phony receipt. Now they have my bank account number and won't respond !!! Furniture made in China, Taiwan, Vietnam. Had I known this I would know it would be tiny as everything else from there and cheap. This Raymour and Flanigan and all of them are taking huge advantage of people's hard earned money . The maximum weight couch holds 300 lbs. That's ridiculous. My dog is 120 lbs. Attached is a picture of my husband on the couch and a picture of me who is 5'1 on the loveseat. I will put what the picture they have online I ordered and it looks nothing like this. I will take them to court , I am so upset and will not let them get away with this.

  We had a great and fast delivery once our furniture was ready (a couple of months). I do wish the delivery time could be more accurate when making the delivery appointment. A time of 9 to 6:30 is a really big window. The window did lessen the night before and was very precise the day of but it made it hard to plan for. We are enjoying our new living room set.
