  Jim was the perfect salesman. Educated my wife and I as we walked in and let usdo our thing until we were ready to make a purchase. He was not annoying or persistent at all. he was an Overall class act and was a pleasure to do business with. Please seek out JIM when you are at Raymour's in Cicero if your looking for a salesman to let you look and make a decision with your family. Without having someone there interfering and distracting you from looking at furniture.

  A very long wait for our sales guy who went and worked with another customer he was over an hr before he came back . He was very nice and tried to help us with cost but spending 4500 cash deal, almost left and went to Duncan Bright but loved the sofa and chairs.

  Called and ask when Tom S would be there. Had bought 2 mattresses and one family. He answers all the questions as well as asked the right questions about what I was looking for in comfort. Tried 3, one to soft, one to hard and one just right 🙂. And within price range I gave him.

  I walked into the store with a goal of what I needed. Tom my sales representative listened and understood what I was looking for. Showed me an option that fit what I described and helped make the deal happen without hassel. I appreciate his listening and understanding.

  Gina was wonderful to work with. She didn't pressure me when I came in the first day. I took another day after checking some other stores before I ultimately came back and purchased the couch I had seen the day before. She then walked me through the purchase as well as getting me approved for no interest financing for 6 months. And the best part is I will get my couch just 4 days after the purchase. I feel like Raymour & Flanagin had the best inventory of what I was looking for. I will definitely purchase from them.
