  I had a very disappointing experience at the Lindenhurst, NY store. I went in because I needed help fixing my pool, which had turned green. On Thursday, I brought in a water sample for testing. I was told my water # looked fine and was asked if I had already shocked the pool. I said yes, and the only advice I received was to wait. I returned on Saturday to look for a sand filter. An employee asked if I needed help. I first said no, but then explained that my pool was still green even after shocking it 3–4 days earlier. I asked if there were any products they recommended to help clear the water and restore it. Instead of offering any solutions, he only asked if I had used Leslie’s products.When I said no, he told me to follow the instructions for what I was already using. He did not recommend any products or offer any further help. This is my first year owning a pool, so I came in looking for guidance and was ready to buy whatever I needed. I expected advice and product recommendations, but I did not receive any real help. Overall, I left disappointed with the lack of customer service and support.
