  Had a lot of issues figuring out what I wanted with my large credit from a mattress test exchange as the second mattress was much cheaper than the first. Managers were very patient with me through cancelled orders / returns / price adjustments etc after being disappointed with online products. Didn’t want me to settle for something I’m unhappy with. Ended up with some outdoor furniture that I’m very happy with and worked out all the receipts with them to make sure everything settled out correctly. Appreciate their time and how friendly they were throughout the whole process.

  Horrible! Not an outdoor set! I absolutely loved this set when I bought it. A year later the extension pieces are discolored (they were the same color but now extension pieces are lighter) there are water marks that I cannot remove. The table is on outdoor patio right next to our house, nowhere near trees. I reached out to Raymour & Flannigan multiple times and received no feedback. I tried to add photos of water stains, but they weren't very visible once I uploaded the pictures. They are extremely noticeable when sitting at the table. Also, the discoloration of panels is much more noticeable in person then the picture shown.

  TJ was personable, knowledgeable, fun to visit with and quick to help. He informed and answered questions and did not bat an eye eith a last minute upgrade over the phone after the sale. Excellent service.

  Denis was outstanding from start to finish. As someone who is fairly new to the furniture-buying process, I appreciated how quickly he recognized that and took the time to educate me rather than simply trying to sell me something. He walked me through the differences between materials, showed me how to identify veneer versus solid hardwood, explained the distinctions between various office chair types, and even steered me away from products with poor reviews. His goal clearly wasn't to just make a quick sale, but to help me make an informed decision. Denis patiently helped me explore a wide range of desk and chair options, answering every question thoroughly and never making me feel rushed. Beyond his knowledge, he was genuinely enjoyable to talk with, and it was obvious that he cares about helping people find furniture that truly fits their needs. I didn't end up making a purchase on this particular visit, but I left with a much better understanding of what I'm looking for thanks to Denis. Because of his honesty and exceptional customer service, I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family who are shopping for furniture in the future!
