  Was looking for a leathe reclining sofa with specific features and dimensions. Salesman Wally and manager Corey went out of their way to work with me to find the right piece. They then helped me save by applying sales incentives. Great service, selection and price.

  We are established customers and have purchased many furniture pieces from the company over the years. However, this time, the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked into the store, the sales associate, Denis Muganza, greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome immediately. We knew right away that we were in good hands. Initially, my husband and I visited the store to purchase two bedroom sets that we had selected during a previous visit. During our conversation, we mentioned to Mr. Muganza that we were also considering purchasing a mattress. He was extremely patient, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and demonstrated extensive knowledge of every mattress we tried. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of each product in detail, making the process both informative and enjoyable. His professionalism, sense of humor, and patience truly stood out. Because of this outstanding experience, we will definitely continue our loyalty as customers of Raymour & Flanigan.

  It was so fun to come into the store, sit down and catch some soccer on the TV. We ended up with the best chair for my husband to be comfortable at home. Everyone was super helpful and the whole process went smoothly.

  Misrepresentation and Unacceptable Customer Service I recently purchased the Greystone sofa from Raymour & Flanigan, advertised clearly as a grey sofa. On delivery day, the team dropped it off and left immediately. Upon further inspection, I realized the sofa appeared blue rather than grey. While I understand that lighting can influence how colors appear, the difference here was significant enough to warrant concern. I contacted customer service right away. They assured me that the Bricktown, NJ store would be able to assist and resolve the issue. Following their instructions, I reached out to the store and spoke with TJ, who also spoke with his District Manager. Despite being explicitly told that the store could help, I was informed that no exchange or return would be allowed. In other words, customer service directed me to a solution that the store had no intention of providing. This inconsistency between departments and the complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. I acted promptly, followed every step I was given, and attempted to resolve the matter reasonably. Instead, I was left with a product that does not match what was advertised and no support from the company that sold it to me. This blue sofa is of no use to me as it does not match. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Raymour & Flanigan. The misleading product representation and the failure to honor customer service commitments reflect poorly on the company. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve communication and take responsibility when customers are given incorrect information. Please take this into consideration before purchasing from this company.

  I had such an amazing experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Corey, the sales manager. He went above and beyond in every way. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but he genuinely cared about helping me bring my vision to life. What really stood out was that he actually moved displays around the showroom so I could fully visualize how everything would look in my space. That level of effort and attention is rare and made such a difference in my decision. Corey made the entire process easy, stress-free, and even fun. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for him, you won’t get better service anywhere else.
