  Erika and everyone in the Latham store was kind and helpful. She took her time explaining and showing us many options.. The purchasing process Was simple and quick and She gave us information about furniture removal and scheduling the delivery of our new sofa.

  Excellent service from Hilary by phone & Alejandro in person. And they had exactly the mattress we needed, including complimentary next day delivery. Delivery staff were quick, cheerful, & considerate. I noticed several attractive upholstered chairs & coffee table options. I want to return soon to explore the showroom!

  Hillary in sales is so wonderful! I was looking for the right chair for my house near a window and originally I thought maybe a chair with an ottoman would be good and I went to the Raymour And Flanigan store in Latham and Hillary really took her time showing me all the different chairs and options they had to go with what I was looking for. She found me the perfect comfy chair to lounge and relax in. Hillary was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. They could’ve did the delivery even within two days, but I preferred a Saturday delivery and the two gentlemen that came to deliver the chair were both very fast and efficient. Raymour and Flanigan sent texts updating the delivery time and you could even track the truck and see what time it was arriving. I would highly recommend asking for Hillary in the Latham store for any of your furniture needs.

  My experience with the floor representative at Raymour and Flanagan in Latham NY was a welcome contrast to any experience I have had working with furniture sales representatives throughout the Capital region, over the years. Across the spectrum of popular priced discount furniture , there is an assumption that customers have no understanding , taste or discrimination and subsequently should be disregarded , cajoled and hounded into a purchase of substandard goods, poor quality goods. Conversely, the same perception of the customer functions at the opposite economic end. The objective the affluent focussed “high- end” design professional is often to intimidate and create a dynamic wherein the customer feels unworthy of their products and thereby surrendering to the gods of good taste in order not to banished into the madding crowds. Refreshingl at ,Raymour and Flanagan , Denis instinctively understands his role as a design consultant .He establishs rapport observes , listens and engages while using his professional artistic training to guide advise and recommend . . He treats a customer who is usually spending at least $ 2,000 as someone with a degree of taste and discernment . He I’m interacts accordingly. Few people in Upstate NY seem to understand this type of approach. I hope Rand F is taking notes.
