  My recliner does not work. The remote does not work. It’s gonna be one month before they can come and fix it. Never work from the day they installed it.

  Very good experience at the Latham store. I was patiently shown many options for the type and size of recliner that I was seeking. The salesperson, Eileen, listened and offered explanations and did not push me for a quick decision. Very pleased with my purchase

  Love my new couch! So many to choose from, too. At La -Z-Boy, the showroom is huge and full of multiple styles. There is also a choice of seating depth and height which is a plus for short people! I like that I wasn’t hassled by salespeople but they were available to answer any questions . Pricing is comparable to other furniture stores of the same quality. Shop with confidence!

  We were looking for a new chair for my husband. He is a burly man of great stature and needed a place to rest his head and legs…preferably without hanging off the edge. Dan was a kind and educated gent, who showed us a variety of options. We landed on a leather chair, tall back, with a remote. We didn’t spring for the additional cost of the iPad holder, however the chair we received was worth it. If you are looking to add some class and elegance to your home, stop in and see Dan!

  By far the best furniture buying experience ever! The store was very bright clean and inviting. Very well laid out. We were in the market for a sleeper sofa and visited other stores in the area but Lay Z Boy had the best selection and the most comfortable selection. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Sandi. She was such a pleasure to work with. From showing me around the store to check out all of the sleeper sofas to design and choosing fabric and ultimately purchasing. We originally thought it could take 4-6 weeks for delivery because of fabric choice, but turned out it was a fabric in stock and could be delivered in less than a week. I will definitely return to Lay Z Boy for any future furnishings needs. Because as I found out, they have not only recliners in the store, they have everything else to furnish a home. Thanks again Sandi for such a great furniture buying experience.
