I called the Latham store and the store manager, Chris, answered the call. I could not have asked for a better experience. Chris was kind, patient and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and helped me complete the sale. I have purchased in the past and the quality of the furniture is solid. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Many thanks!

Great experience at Lazy Boy yesterday in Latham NY. Sandi answered all my questions and did not pressure me for a sale. I found the exact leather swivel rocker recliner that I wanted and it was even 40% off. All-in-all, a five star experience.

Great shopping experience at La-Z-Boy. Eileen might be the nicest salesperson I have ever worked with. Very patient, knowledgeable, and no one was pushy. Wish every shopping experience was as stress free as this one.

Friendly staff. Not too pushy. Went in to look for chair with lumbar support. I sat in a few and found the one for me. Labor day sale made the price right. Quick delivery

We are very very Happy with our La-Z-Boy chair. The fabric is gorgeous. It’s very supportive. It was delivered prior to the anticipated date, which was a pleasant surprise and the Delivery people did a great job. My only suggestion for La-Z-Boy is that they get on board with current technology. When we were in the store picking and choosing our fabrics, they had no convenient way of seeing what it would look like whereby I showed them how I used my AI assistant to reupholster each chair in real time and that is how we were able to make our final decision.
