  Tony and Mike were amazing to work with. We initially talked to Mike for our first consult. After debating our options, we returned this week and talked with Tony. He’s exceptionally knowledgeable about the La-Z-boy line and provided us with lots of options. We returned the following day after having decided on what we wanted. Tony was patient and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. After signing the contract, we noticed that he assigned his *and* Mike’s names as the salesmen giving both of them credit for the sale. Clearly, we made the best choice and will not hesitate to return there in the future. Highly recommend!!!

  Very nice to do business with. Second time purchasing from Lazy Boy. The lady was very knowledgeable about the product and made very good suggestions about size and extras. Great job!

  Heidi was our sales rep. She was great to work with. No pressure but very helpful. Finally got the chair I was looking for with a nice fabric. Highly recommend.

  We have shopped at this la-z-boy in Latham for the last 20 years. We won't buy any other recliner. The quality is superb and the staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Heidi always makes us feel comfortable and let's us look until we find what we want, then she puts our package together explaning our purchase and warranty. Highly recommend her and the staff. Thank you.
