- MOmike okinovAug 3, 20261.0Terrible cleaning service. Extremely unprofessional. Usage of inexperienced people and bad chemicals guarantee very poor quality service. My pants came out all in wrinkles and got shrank as well, so I cannot even wear them anymore. The owner charged more to clean them well (??? - another way to trick customers) and the outcome was insanely bad. Don’t use “Excelsior” cleaners to retain your stuff clean and shaped.
