  Joe was great to work with! This is our 3rd or 4th shopping experience from this store over the past few years, and we always made sure to ask for him when we come in. He's friendly and quick with answers, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I know we'll be back to see him again soon!

  Jean-Pascal took such good care of us today when we were shopping for our new house. He was patient with us, we gave him some ideas of what we wanted and he showed us some options. He was great and we will definitely be back. We will definitely ask for him again what a nice guy also

  While we do love our couch, and the price was right, and the in store shopping experience easy …there were major delays in delivery (months) with deliveries being canceled the morning of (after taking off work). They rarely answer the phone after ten rings. They said they would give us a $100 gift card for our wait. Not that we can buy much with $100 but figured at least we would go see if we can get a lamp. Never came. Said they would give us extra pillows. I have called. I have emailed. I have it in writing. I have called again. I have forwarded the email confirmation. Waiting since October for some stupid pillows.
