  I came to the store in need of a power recliner. I was welcomed and greeted by Gail. She was empathetic to the fact that I had a walker and recently had surgery. She was able to help me find exactly what I needed and expedite my order, understanding my medical situation and that I couldn’t sleep in a bed. I was very satisfied with the service and the recliner I selected. She was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job! I will be returning next time I need something else. Thank you!

  We went to two other furniture stores before going to Raymour and Flanigan. Very nice showroom and we feel that salesman Dayo did a great job helping us and doing what he could to make us feel good about the purchase. Definitely check out Raymour and Flanigan before purchasing your furniture needs.

  Patti, our salesperson was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and above all, patient. My husband and I were at the store on two consecutive days; and she consistently interacted with us a very pleasant and welcoming manner. Patti helped us with the purchase of great furniture pieces. Can’t wait to get them!

  I was hesitant about ordering furniture online site unseen and not sitting on to check the comfort, etc. But, if i didn't do it at that time it would have been a while before I was able to get to the store. So when I found something I liked and the right size, I decided to take a chance based their reputation and people I know that have made purchases from them. I am very happy with my furniture. As described and looks like the gallery pics. The agent Oladayo was very helpful and patient as Verizon was having issues that day and I kept losing the call. However, he kept messaging, emailing and calling until we were able to complete the purchase. He earned his paycheck that day. Also, delivery drivers were nice, quick and neat.

  Ordered through the website with the help of someone online on Sunday, and confirmed pick up will be Friday. They called me on Tuesday to confirm pick up on Friday. Then they called me Friday morning stating the couch was ready for pick up. We put our couch on the curb, and the garbage men took it first thing in the morning. We arrive at the store, they tell me it’s not ready for pick up. The person we talked to on the phone then spoke with the person at the store, and after arguing with each other for several minutes it was determined the gentleman, Dayo, had no idea that if you order after 12:00 on a Sunday, pick up gets pushed back another week. We drove two trucks to pick up the couch, and got a babysitter to watch our infant. Now not only did we waste money and time to pick up the couch, but now we won’t get it delivered until Monday. So myself and my infant child will now be sitting on the floor for 3-4 days and that is seen as acceptable. Now my husband will also have to take off from work so we can be present when the couch gets delivered. Complete waste of time and money
