  Patty at the Smithtown location of Raymour & Flanigan provided an outstanding customer service experience. She was extremely patient, never pushy, and gave us plenty of time to make decisions without feeling pressured. Her recommendations were thoughtful, helpful, and really showed that she cared about finding the right fit for us. Overall, it was a great experience working with her, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend asking for Patty if you visit the Smithtown store!

  HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. We had purchased a bed set from here, and we had also purchased a mattress with an inclining base. We were told that the set would come within the next few days however, we were told the morning of our delivery that our frame had been broken upon arrival. They then proceeded to tell us that they could give us the mattress without the base for it so yes, please put my 5k mattress on my floor with no base brand new. They also had told us that it was white Glove service and they would be able to remove our old mattress and put it to the curb. Well, when they had come, and everything was finally in, they had told me that they could not put my mattress out to the curb and left it in the kitchen, so I had to wait for my husband to get home to put the mattress to the curb which that was not what they were supposed to do. They were supposed to take the mattress and throw it out for us. After that issue we had thought about giving them a second chance and purchased a couch and a cabinet. the couch we were told was going to take 6 to 8 weeks. Well, it did take 7 weeks and I had told the sales representative that we were moving and we needed it to a new address. We had signed paperwork with the new address on it. when they had called and said that the couch was in the cabinet was supposed to come with it since it was something that was in stock. when they called us for the delivery, they had told us that the couch was being delivered. We had to call them back and remind them that we had a cabinet in the order as well, and they reassured us that it was coming together on the same day. well guess what came without the cabinet. So we then had to call and tell them that we did not receive the cabinet after waiting almost 7 weeks for our furniture. They had told me the earliest they could give it to me was in three days. The day before had come and they gave me a delivery window and it was the incorrect address. I then had called the showroom and had told them that it was the incorrect address but when I had called prior, they did not ask me what the address it was going to was. So then the sales rep had pulled up our account and said that our delivery was going to the correct address and sent me an email for a couch that was delivered three days ago. How they did not know that our couch was delivered is beyond me, however we still needed our cabinet and then they had told us that it wasn’t going to be able to be delivered the day that we had scheduled it for even though it was supposed to come a couple days prior with the couch that we had purchased it with. All in all, we have not had really good experience at this location and just in general with Raymour and Flanigan they had told us that they would give us a $100 credit which for crappy furniture is not worth it. NEVER EVER AGAIN AND BE MORE ORGANIZED!!!!!

  Sales person was pushy, would not just let us look around and see what we wanted. I wanted to have conversations with my wife about our next couch and felt I couldn’t because she was either there or lingering. I understand they get commission on sales but there is decorum.

  If you go here, please see Kevin! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable! He went through all the features of the items we were looking at, and he did so without being too pushy and arrogant. He took his time with us and did not make us feel rushed, AT ALL. Very down to earth and friendly guy and we will definitely be purchasing from him again. Highly recommend, you won't regret working with him!!

  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan . I recently purchased a living room set, and both the quality of the material and the overall service were outstanding. Our sales associate was incredibly helpful—she took the time to walk us through different options, explain the materials, and make sure we found exactly what we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the process feel comfortable and personalized. What really stood out was how efficient everything was. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, yet still felt confident in our purchase. The entire shopping experience was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. This was my first time buying furniture from Raymour & Flanigan, and it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend!
