  Eric was amazing! He was so sweet with my stepson (who was running around testing all of the manual recliners) & wasn’t pushy at all. We went in not sure if we wanted to purchase but somehow my husband convinced me we needed a 2 piece set & then sold me on the 3 piece set including the arm chair & I couldn’t be happier. Such a great experience and we were able to schedule delivery within the week. We will absolutely be back when we need new furniture in the future!

  We arrived at your store a couple of minutes early as your sales staff was starting to open. We turned to go back to our car and your sales agent Grace called out to us saying please dont leave. We walked back to the front door and c she greeted us in a friendly way and said come on in. That was what no other store in the area did for us. We knew tgen that not only did we have the right store but we also had the right agent. We explained that my dad had heart surgery and was being discharged from the hospital. We needed a recliner that could lift him to a standing position and needed it asap. She took us over to the floor samples ,checked on availability special sales and promised we could get delivery in time for my dad to have it in time. Believe it or not, we said , we still want to check your competitors. She gave us her card and said I do hope you come back. We can help you. She was right. After we went to Bobs and Ashley not only did we come back but we bought a couch as well as the recliner. Grace was wonderful. We will highly recommend her and your store.
