  I had a great time shopping at the Lake Grove store with Kevin McCormick. Kevin and I have worked together before and he’s an attentive Person. His patience and professionalism are the reason I usually go back to him when I am purchasing new furniture.

  Thats was the best experience I had when going to make a purchase on a large item. I walked in knowing what I wanted, got help immediately and she even ended up saving me money by showing me something way better than what I was looking at. Super happy with this store. Glad they are close to me.

  This rating is for the above and beyond customer service by Paola Batista but not for Raymour Flanigan. A month ago we ordered a three piece kitchen set plus two extra chairs. When delivered, only two chairs came, one was broken. A replacement was offered for me to pick up but the extra two chair order was canceled by Raymour for no reason and due to a technical glitch. We were told the extra two chairs would take 3 weeks to get but Paola intervened and got them ready for us to pick up within a week. Needless to say if it wasn’t for Paola, we would not be returning to Raymour Flanigan! Thank you Paola!
