- JPJessica PadrazoJan 1, 20261.0Staff was extremely rude, at around 5pm today I walked into the store with my 3 friends (we are all 20 years old looking for a new couch for our apartment) and no one greeted us, instead the first words they said was that we “needed a parent” to be in there with us.. like girl we are adults and don’t even live with our parents lol. but anyway she said we had to be 21 to be in there, and to buy a couch. So my friend asked the employee “we have to be 21 to buy a couch?” and she responded saying “these couches are $10k, yes you do” like what does that have to do with anything?? We felt very disrespected because she was acting like we couldn’t afford it or something.. I just think it was very unprofessional how she spoke to us. So unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere for a couch for our apartment.
