  I am in the process of moving into a new home. Went into the store with an idea of what I wanted, but was open to ideas. I was greeted immediately by Kevin McGuire. After advising him of what I was essentially looking for we started walking around the showroom. He was calm, professional, friendly, and patient. Being that i have 3 cats, he suggested a leather sofa. I thought I would never be able to afford it, but the ease of leather in containing the "fur" and not having to worry about constant vacuuming and brushing a sofa to keep the fur at bay. Or worse, covering up my investment with blankets. He eventually led me to a most gorgeous cream color sofa. I initially did not want that color, but this sofa was modern, gorgeous and surprisingly comfortable. Best part it was at a price that was well within my budget. I explained that the need for my furniture would be delayed due to the process, and he was more than happy to work with my schedule so I can have the sofa delivered to my new home when it was ready. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Kevin showed the utmost professionalism and is friendly and approachable. He even helped me to pick a proper sized area rug. Overall a fantastic experience. I'll be back to complete my new home purchase. Thank you!

  Shocked at how poorly the team at Raymour & Flanigan operated. I have never experienced such poor behavior and have never written a poor review. The Sales Rep was great, went to complete the sale and a visiting rep (Melanie) was rude and not helpful. What made matters worse was the store Manager, Carole Denison, didn't help, she only added to the rude behavior and lack of interest and respect, actually elevating the frustration... she didn't even know Melanie. She basically encouraged me to cancel the sale and go 5 mins away to Ashely where the entire team was warm, welcoming, helpful... and I got nearly the same products for a little less $. Do not go to Raymour & Flanigan in Kingston NY, the team there can care less about service and respect, don't give them your business.

  I purchased a new mattress yesterday at the outlet store. I was was told by the sales person they would take the old mattress and box spring away. when they got here they delivered the mattress and took only the old mattress. I was told NO they can not take the boxspring because I only ordered a mattress.. Be aware!

  I am one that doesn’t like the Vultures of sales in these type of stores. I had Eric help me on the online chat and then called to finish up the sale! It worked so perfectly and will do again! I’ll just use the showroom as a showroom and do the rest w a Non Vulture!

  I’ve worked for Raymour (in the past) and still order furniture from them. So I can tell you from both ends this is a great company. I worked with carol in Kingston for my most recent order and she is wonderful. She really is very knowledgeable about furniture, style and comfort. Asking enough questions to help narrow down the search, really takes her time and is not pushy. Always a great experience.
