At 7.45pm on a Sunday he went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service possible. He found a big decking online order, professionally loaded to my trailer. Helped with another big order of 16’ Trex deck boards, informed me about Lowes Takeoffs program. It is so rare to find such level of professional and just a good, pleasant person. Thank you, Jack.
- FSFred SchmellingMay 11, 20265.0I went to pickup a specific storage tub, but the lids had all been taken. I asked the young man at the front checkout area for assistance, and he sent a gentleman named Fred to help me out. He located the lid I needed at the very top of the storage rack, brought over one of the driveable lifts, and retrieved my lid for me (as well as others to restock). This was at around 7 pm on May 11. Both of these guys really saved the day for me. Thanks!
- CBClaude BarnumApr 10, 20264.0I bought this butcher block counter top a while back. The store employees told me they couldn't/wouldn't cut it. Well, I cut it using a Spyder Tarantula, that I also bought at Lowe's, and it cut like butter. I just have to put a little stain on the piece behind the stove, but it still turned out nice. Don't discourage people. Beautiful countertop, it was $299 at the time. The lighter colors were cheaper, but also look cheaper. I'm very pleased with my choice.

They admitted they have video of the employee failing to give me the majority of my refund, but in over a month they have failed to make it right. Every time I talk to them it's a different excuse - refund will be mailed from corporate (it was not), corporate changed their process (uhm, ok...?), need refund receipt (we've already established you have video of the employee failing to give me one). The whole thing has been a ridiculous runaround and I still don't have my money. AVOID THIS STORE! Home Depot is right down the road.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
