All of the Employees are always very nice from my experience. The guy who helped me was 15 ish minutes it 9:45pm from getting off and he was not bothered i kept saying i feel bad that this is taking you away from what you were doing. He just replied kindly "Dont be sorry man theres still time and the last angle grinder that was on sale for an insane price(im gatekeeping these tools, iykyk hahaha) was just in a terrible spot and i will admit some stuff is hard to find power tool wise. Nonetheless employees make the store everything and be nice back say have a good day these people do a lot and dont t get the appreciation they deserve. Especially the ppl who know the store and are knowledgeable about whatever you ask them.

I normally have good experiences at Lowe’s, however, when I had an issue and wanted to speak to a manager at this particular store, just to confirm a policy, I was told there were no managers on duty and that I could not speak with one. I was polite and courteous the entire time and walked away befuddled. There were no managers on duty?!? Very poor customer service.
