  The worst Raymour flanigan in the area. The outlet is where you want to go not here. I couldn’t believe the staff, talking down on their colleagues in front of customers and making customers feel as if we are a number. Definitely not friendly service, I didn’t feel welcome and I didn’t feel like they cared at all. No one has compassion. It really bothered me how Inez speaks about her colleagues, there should be a mutual respect for each other. Bad attitudes in that location unfortunately and I recently moved to the area and bought more than $5K worth of furniture from the outlet which I had an amazing experience at! Definitely go to the Raymour Flanigan Outlet rather than this location. Management needs to take a closer look at how their employees treat one another and how they treat their customers. I came in to buy and due to the atmosphere and service from Inez and Allan, I decided to think about it and she walked away immediately. Also not excusing herself and just picked up a phone call right away in front of us didn’t even say anything she just straight up walked away. I popped over to the outlet after and the entire staff who works there were the best people I had ever met in this area. They were so kind to my family and took their time to help us find the right product, didn’t give us any pressure, it felt like I was shopping with my own family. They all respect each other and are so kind and sweet. Special shoutout to Alex and Jay who work really hard to maintain that real home environment when you walk into the store, they are amazing gentlemen who deserve to be recognized for their out of this world service. So yes go to the outlet don’t go to this location, they need to hire better staff who have respect and better attitudes, you can tell they cared about their commissions more than their customers. Not the outlet, the outlet those guys Alex and Jay and even Clifford at the desk are genuine people who care about families and make sure they are purchasing the right products. They helped us fully furnish the entire bedroom, living room and now we’re working on the kitchen. The team at the outlet are amazing, they deserve every bit of recognition and better colleagues from the other stores because it is unprofessional for Inez to speak down on her colleagues in front of clients. Not a single time did Alex and Jay ever say anything that disrespected their teammates, they were the most positive and helpful guys out there. If anything Alex and Jay could teach the other store how to act and be professional in front of clients, I love going to the outlet but honestly I wish Alex and Jay were running both locations. Something the company can consider.

  The sales person Justin Fox was very good. He was attentive to us without being a pest. He was knowledgeable of the products, particularly the mattress products that are offered. He was helpful and made suggestions that ultimately helped us to make decisions on our selections.
