  I want to thank Raymor & Flanigan customer service for addressing a furniture issue covered the Platinum coverage. I worked with Alex at the Johnson City location and he was great. The delivery guys were fast and courteous. Great experience.

  I went in there to look at furniture and rugs. No one came to help me and even when I asked questions, the salesperson left me to look on my own. No thanks.

  I had a lot of back pain and went to Raymour and Flanigan in Johnson City to get a bed. I met with Guy and he was very understanding and helpful. I got a Purple massage adjustable bed. When they delivered the bed, the head part of the adjustable did not work. I called Guy and he connected me to the right people in customer service to have it replaced. I am very pleased with their prompt service. Thank you annd I highly recommend you go see Guy for a new bed. BTW, my back pain is gone, I love my bed.
