  We come here very often and this man here who goes by the name AIRAN is fantastic and and very good knowledge and is very patient, I’m not sure what position he’s working right now but whatever highest post they have they should offer it him. Although he is in his old guy working so hard has so much respect for him. Thanks for being around.

  Constantly raises the prices to the point where it is pure greed at this point. The machines sometimes randomly break down and require the breaker to be flipped to stop them. The dryers sometimes do not work as they should. The cards randomly stop working and they do not offer refunds for amounts over $5. I have lost over $30 from just one card here. Now they’ve changed their system again with a new card. This means customers have to give up all the money they have in their old cards and purchases a new card for $3. They do offer a code for $5 if you give them your phone number when they take your old card. Unfortunately, this code was never sent to me. The pricey vending machines do not work sometimes and they never have tissue or soap at the sink. For the hefty prices they charge- especially in this neighborhood- these are amenities they should absolutely have at all times. I’m confident that a lot of people use this laundromat simply because there aren’t any decent alternatives nearby, and this is what unfortunately leads to the abuse involving prices.

  My sweetheart got sick boarding at JFK. It was clear we couldn't fly. We got a hotel and I decided clean clothes were a must. I rolled in, a little shaken, around 6AM. Once we established that I wasn't a crackhead and had money, Airon hooked me up. Loaded my card, had my pick a soap, started the machines. The spot is clean, bright, and 24 hours. Tip Airon - he deserves it.

  A few months ago, I accidentally lost my speaker at this location. Recently, I asked the night shift employee, Airon, if he had happened to see it. To my surprise, he had found it and kept it safe for over two months. When I came back and asked about it, Airon immediately returned my speaker. In a time when many people would have simply ignored it, he went out of his way to keep it safe until the owner returned. Airon is a true gentleman, and his honesty and integrity deserve recognition. Thank you, Airon, and thank you to Clean Rite for having such trustworthy employees. Excellent customer service and an experience I won’t forget.
