- TDTyler Durst4 days ago1.0Horrible servIce, Bought a “brand new” T150 riding mower from LOWES. First, they load it in my truck after an hour of waiting for them to figure out how. Next, they forgot to provide the manual and the key & it takes 30 minutes for them to find it when I return another day. I’m finally back home with the key and OH, the battery is dead. I call for replacement battery & they tell me there’s nothing they can do & I have to contact the manufacturer… YOU SOLD IT TO ME LIKE THIS. I suppose I purchased a defective product piecemeal & the burden of getting it fixed… all in the same month… I JUST WANT TO MOW MY LAWN WITH MY 2 THOUSAND DOLLAR LAWNMOWER!!! Why am I jumping through hoops for something I already paid for Lowes?!?!

The customer service we got was outstanding! We had an associate named Russ who went out of his way to answer all kinds of questions for us and found us a washer dryer combo that was IN STOCK and that we were happy with. However on our way out my daughter lost her favorite Hippo. We didn't realize till we got home. This particular Lowes is not close to us. We called and the associate on the phone said they'd found him and he'd be waiting for her return in the morning. We were NOT prepared for how we found him lol. A BIG THANK YOU to lowes and your associates for recognizing how important the little things are.

Upon calling because they hadn’t confirmed the pick up they told me they actually did not have it. Which means the employee never actually went and looked for the appliance when I asked for them to verify for me

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
