Great experience at Extra Space Storage! The facility is always clean and well maintained, and the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. Linda is an absolute sweetheart with 50 years of experience, her knowledge and dedication truly show. She’s an amazing Store Manager and a true asset to the company!

e. So I went to your store on Hudson Ave in Irondequoit, NY.
Fortunately for me I met with Linda who explained my options to A TEE (and I don't mean golf.) She researched options at other locations close to me. She found site at a size and cost that was PERFECT!! (or as my Brooklyn buddies would say: POIFECT!) Could not have had a more perfect experience. You have an EXCELLENT employee. She is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, a good listener (probably her most significant attribute), astute enough to make suggestions and to research same, deliberate in her explanations regarding the terms and conditions of the contract (albeit they were on a computer and not on paper which can make it harder to read and possibly confuse and complicate things, but I defer to the vagaries of current business practices) and just all round good person who was a pleasure to work with on my rental agreement.
I know it was probably one of the smaller transactions she handled this month, but her behavior was indicative that she provides this level of service as her standard practice.
She rates an 11 on a scale of 10 where 10 represents POIFECT.
For the record, this is the first time I met Linda. I am not related to Linda in any way, shape or form, but I would consider myself proud and lucky should I discover someday I am her kin.
Hope I have enough room for my grandfather's reply to being complimented at his employment as an engraver in 1924.
"Yes, yes I am doing good work. It's nice to hear that, but it would be even nicer IF YOU WOULD PUT IT IN MY PAY PACKET!"
