  Staff isn’t to friendly to begin with. I ordered online and was directly told by store staff to cancel my order and repurchase in-store so that employees could get credit for the sale. No beating around the bush, outright said it. However, when switching to a in store purchase, exchanges of same valued items and returns become a headache, and they’ll give you a hard time every step of the way, from the same employees that told you to cancel your online order…. Recommendation, always order online and pick up in store, and don’t let them pressure you into changing. The online customer service team is genuinely easy to deal with and will always give you great support.

  This location is exceptional, the manager and staff are so knowledgeable. They clearly explain the chemistry of the water analysis and do not over sell.

  You pay for the convenience of the store having the parts in stock 95% of the time. They always try to sell typically unneeded chemicals . Most chemicals needed can be purchased from big box stores or supermarkets for 1/3- 1/2 the price. Buy a good test kit and skip the trips to Leslie's.
