  Called in advance to schedule an appt. and given a date about a week and a half out. Received automated email reminders but was never given a time window. Called around 9:30am the morning of and told I was the third appointment of day, probably between 11am and 1pm. No show at that time. Called back 1:45pm, placed on hold for 10min, was told they were still on the second appt. and would be about 2 more hours. 4pm came and went. Called again before closing, placed on hold for 14min and finally hung up. No call back, no apology, no reschedule. After re-arranging the day from work and scheduling pickup for my child from school, this was incredibly unprofessional and not reflective of the positive reviews that led to my initial call.

  We had an amazing experience with JAS Aquatics. Jarret guided us through every step of our fiberglass pool and backyard paver installation, and his professionalism made the entire process easy and stress‑free. He provided detailed designs, coordinated the contractors for fencing and electrical work, handled all the permits, and even took the time to explain the pool equipment so we felt completely comfortable using everything. The quality of the work speaks for itself the photos of our finished pool and backyard say it all. The craftsmanship, lighting, and overall design exceeded our expectations. JAS Aquatics truly made our backyard dreams come true. Highly recommend!

  We are almost at the finish line of our backyard project with JAS aquatics and are truly obsessed with the finished product. We worked primarily with Jarrett and he has been super responsive, always willing to spend a few minutes on the phone to talk through the next phase of the project. We can’t wait to finish the final touches. Here is the before and after of our yard.

  I was in a jam with my pool liner that desperately needed to be replaced and after having a bad experience with a different company who disappeared after leaving a deposit. JAS Aquatics stepped in and was amazing to deal with. Cassandra and the whole team were extremely helpful and the level of service they provided was outstanding. They were in constant communication with me throughout the whole process and I felt comfortable through it all. Even after they finished, Cassandra called just to check in and make sure I was satisfied and happy with the finished product. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and would not hesitate to call JAS for any future pool needs. Thank you to the whole JAS team for a great experience! I would without any doubt recommend JAS to anyone that needs a good pool company.

  I can’t say enough good things about Jas Aquatics. From design to final walk-through they were absolutely amazing. Jarret designed a stunning custom in-ground pool and backyard that exceeded every expectation, and owner Jesse made sure every detail was handled professionally and on schedule. The pool itself is a showstopper — a sun shelf with two elegant water spouts, a deep-end ledge where you can sit comfortably under four cascading waterfalls, and gas-fed fire bowls flanking the falls that add dramatic flair. Everything is integrated into a smart system I control from an app on my phone, and nine multicolored LED lights give the whole space an incredible glow at night. They also installed a beautiful paver patio around the pool and added a hot tub, creating a cohesive outdoor living area perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch, and communication was friendly and clear throughout the project. If you’re in the market for a backyard transformation and want a custom pool and backyard done right, I highly recommend Jas Aquatics.
