When you buy something from this store and its no good and bring it back in 1 week with a receipt no one will help you. They dont hesitate to charge my card but when there is a problem they tell me they cant do anything for me. This store sucks

The worker named David came right up to me and asked me what I needed and guided me right across the way! David T was so nice and showed me right where i needed to be. He also was so respectful and showed me across the entire store. Lowes you have to give this dude a raise. I saw his 6’5 self come up to me thinking he was smart by the confidence he obstructed with.

Let me just start by saying, I walked into this Lowes feeling lost and anxious with no clue where to start. However, at some point when I was just about to give up, I walked up on two gentlemen, associates who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet my needs. What I needed that day was very different than the average customer. I have 2 mentally disabled children and one of them had recently learned how to climb out of the window lately and it was scaring my husband and I to death. I was looking for any kind of window security and window bars and your standard security locks did not work. Anything I could find to make it safe for my kid and to give us some peace. The one associate, presented an idea of using porch rails. This was perfect as my kiddo couldn't fit through the gaps, and left no way for him to outsmart the contraption we came up with. The only issue then was, that I had no way of cutting the porch railing into two pieces to fit, without buying a saw zaw. I could not afford a saw zaw that day. At that point he said, no worries I will cut it for you right here before you leave. I could've cried. They both literally made the entire experience for me, amazing! By the time I walked out of that store I was extremely relieved and so happy with what they did for me. THANK YOU HUDSON LOWES! Thank you so much gentlemen and keep up the good work! Whatever you need, this Lowes will make sure you get!

I have been trying to get accurate answers regarding the whereabouts and more importantly a delivery date for my items. I have spent almost $30,000 in the last 30 days at the Greenport Lowe’s. No one knows where my orders are or when it will be delivered. The most helpful person regarding this issue has been Lisa. She has gone above and beyond to help. I have called and emailed with a different response every time. Today I have attempted to speak with the store manager twice, no return call. In fact I was hung up on 4 times, customer service picks up and hangs up. I finally got through, she said we are busy. So now that you have my money I am no longer important?
If my appliances are not located and delivered I want a refund and I will also cancel my countertops and go to Home Depot.
I need answers, more importantly I need my appliances.
