False advertising! I went to Hicksville Lowes to buy a tool which the store had advertised was on sale for $99. When I get there, the store refused to honor the advertised price and would only sell it to me for $120. Completely ridiculous. Horrible inventory - items are frequently disorganized, out of stock, or had their packaging ripped open or broken. I've been a Lowe's card holder since 2015. Today I'm switching to Home Depot.

Go there to buy a pressure washing machine ask one of the guys he call another person he couldn’t helped me wait more than 15 minutes no one came to help me take the machine out of the cage with lock more than 3 associates in the area didn’t help

As far as shooping at Lowes goes...this one blows the competition away (See what I did there)
The store has many products that you need or might need and despite being busy on the weekends the clutter is minimal and the store is clean.
I wish you carried more toilet parts kits from Kohler instead of Fluidmaster and Corky...but I found the last set that they had.
The employees were polite and professional...which is saying a lot these days.
Here's a stupid question....
Why does Lowes always seem to have several water fountains right next to each other? Do you really need that many? Can you spread them out around the store?
I dont know...i guess that's how Lowes flows.

Zero stars if I could. I ordered a cooktop in February and spent the next 3 months calling nearly twice a week with zero updates, zero follow-through from managers who promised callbacks, and zero accountability.
I spent $850 out of pocket on a permit and gas inspection — required by Lowe's own installer — on top of $3,000+ for the cooktop, installation, and warranty. After three months, the cooktop finally arrived. Lowe's plumber came to install it, and near the end of the job declared it defective. My original, perfectly working cooktop had already been removed and taken away. I now have no stove at home — with a 3-year-old child.
To make it worse, my warranty started in February and has been running the entire time the product sat uninstalled.
I've spoken to multiple managers and supervisors. Not one followed up. If you're considering Lowe's for a major appliance or installation, think twice. The customer service breakdown at every level has been staggering.

Follow-up to my previous post about Lowe's Home Improvement.
This is what happened even after emailing the CEO and the Director of Customer Relations directly. Customer Relations did reach out, helped place a new order, and gave me a temporary cooktop. I appreciated that. But that's where the progress stopped — and this is the best they could do, even with their own CEO copied on the emails.
Since then, it's been nothing but moved dates:
✦ First told 2 weeks
✦ Then June 17th
✦ Then June 25th
✦ Now pushed to July 2nd
The exact same cycle as my original order. Months of this. I've been patient and cooperative, but I've lost all faith that Lowe's can actually resolve this. Just the runaround — even at the highest level.
Honestly, it makes sense now. This is a company sitting at 1.4 on Trustpilot, 1.4 on ConsumerAffairs, and 2.2 on Yelp, from tens of thousands of reviews. This level of dysfunction isn't an accident. It's their standard.
4 and a half months of my time, energy, and peace of mind — gone. I took off work for June 25th because that's what I was promised. I just want what I paid for, delivered when I'm told.

I’m in the midst of easily the worst customer service transactional experience of my entire life, with Lowe’s. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s in the last two years alone, I have a Lowe’s credit card, and I am a very frequent shopper. Starting in MARCH, I began trying to install a fence around my yard. I placed the order and paid for 12 fence panels and three gates, along with posts and all associated hardware. My order never arrived. After my delivery date and time passed with zero contact from Lowe’s, I called and spent over an hour on the phone being first told that the truck left without loading my order and that it could be rescheduled for five days out, after I paid my contractor to come and sit at my house all day waiting for nothing to ever arrive. THEN by the end of the phone call I was told something entirely different, that my fence is a special order and it never actually ever was set to be delivered as it said it was, on the given day it was supposed to come. Now was told they could refund and cancel my purchase, and re-purchase everything for delivery on May 12, while I’m away in Disney world with my family.
Ok, let’s do it all over again and schedule delivery for May 12. Charged my Lowe’s credit card nearly $5000 and set the delivery for May 12. Once again I pay my contractor to come to my house and sit there to receive the delivery. Delivery is completed on May 12, great, right? NOPE!!!! Half my order was never delivered. No posts, no gates, no hardware. Once again I pay my contractor $300 for the day and NOTHING gets done. I’m in Disney world with a useless pallet of fence panels sitting and destroying my lawn. Can’t install the fence with no posts, right??? My contractor has been on the phone with Lowe’s for hours, time for which I have to pay him… and still no answers. My lawn is dying under 2000 pounds of fence panels, and zero work is being done
I am hosting a birthday party for my one year old in two weeks, and this fence was PARAMOUNT importance for this event. My yard is an unfinished MESS and Lowe’s is to blame. While I’m at work today, my contractor called me to inform me that he arranged for Lowe’s to come remove the useless pallet of fence panels that have been destroying my lawn for a week now, only to find out that the driver who came to remove the panels stated that he would unable to do so because “no one was there to help him.” As if this experience could get any more disastrous, now I’m being told that I was expected to stay home from work and assist Lowe’s in loading their product back onto their truck. After my contractor implicitly insisted that the driver figure out a way to remove the fence panels and not to leave without doing so, I observed on my home security cameras how he piecemeal loaded each item one by one into the back of the truck that he BACKED ONTO MY LAWN right up to the pallet. Rather than take the extra 12 steps to the curb, he decided to make this task as convenient as possible for himself by literally driving the Lowe’s truck onto my front lawn and parking adjacent to the pallet that had already destroyed a 20-25 square foot chunk of my yard.
FURTHERMORE, HE LEFT THE PALLET BEHIND FOR ME TO DISPOSE OF!
I am incensed, and I am consulting with my attorney regarding the prospect of damages and compensation due to the sheer incompetence that has left my backyard fully exposed to passersby, ruined my sons 1st birthday party, and left my wife in tears.
