I love Lowe’s . But yesterday I got the worst experience. I took 4 boxes of clearance tile . When I was self checking , came a women whom were by self checkout machines and told me .: The price is wrong , system not working . And said choose another tile and took my shopping cart . What happen ? How can I know that the price is wrong . Also , I showed her a photo of price . I was shocked.
I never expected a Lowes employee acted so rude.

I wish i could give a negative zero rating. I went to Lowe’s to buy a brand new washer and dryer from Kevin in appliances he was great. But when it came to deliveries the first guys to bring my pedestals and washing machine were nice and informative and very helpful BUT when it came to the second delivery for my dryer the guys were so rude and not helpful at all they damaged my pedestal and scratched up both my washer and dryer and when I took pictures to send Lowe’s what happened all I got is we will deliver a new pedestal but my dryer looks like it’s refurbished and put together like crap!!

I went on june 30th 2026. I needed to buy some paint for my great nieces swing set. It turned black. I went and explained the situation to Scott in the painting center. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to let me know what to do before painting the swing set. He even went to get the right wash and brush for it. I am really thankful for his help. I will definitely return to this Lowes.
