The people make the place! We were at Extra Space Storage in Hicksville, NY for over 6 years and from day 1, the staff has been helpful, approachable and patient. Lenny, has been wonderful - what a great, kind and helpful employee you have in her! Give her a bonus! The storage unit is great place for people who want to come and go. Ms. Lene is an excellent manager who answer any and all questions. The mobile feature makes going in and out the building at lot easier. Overall, great place to store your stuff. Worth the money.
