- AGAlex Gonzalez4 days ago1.0DONT GO HERE! You can never find someone to help during office hours. I was waiting for so long just to close my storage out. The door was locked, I rang the bell multiple times, called several times, with NO RESPONSE. Not even a sign to say a staff member would be back. So I resorted to knocking on the door so hopefully someone could hear me. The staff finally came out and HE yelled at ME for knocking. I kept repeating I didn’t want to argue with him I just wanted to close my account and he just kept yelling at me pissed off for knocking on the door. Overall, The space is definitely good but the jacked up prices ARE NOT! After only a lil over a year there, the monthly fee has increased FOUR times and is now an EXTRA $45 A MONTH on top of what I agreed to. then what I was paying when I first signed up. The space I have is so small it shouldn’t cost SO much.
