He was friendly and helpful. He showed us different types of mattresses so we could understand the feel and differences. Once we found a type that we liked, JP showed us different brands and models in those brands. JP looked to us for guidance on our goal price point and showed us options that fit our needs. He showed us different discounts and sales they were running without pressure. He gave us space to try different options and discuss them. Since we had not shopped for a mattress in a while, it took us some time to try different options and he was patient and helpful throughout the process. JP was able to send us a quote for what we looked at so that we could decide on our purchase. When we asked for a quote on a different model, he was quick to respond and give us updated information. After we decided to make the purchase with JP, he made sure to go over the order with us to verify everything was correct and set up delivery for us. We could not have asked for a better experience and are enjoying our new mattress! Thanks JP!
