  We just got our lawn treated for the first time and had a great experience with everyone at Aptive. Nick was very responsive and professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend based on my experience so far!

  I was approached by the same young sales rep 4 times in one week trying to get me to sign up for service. The first time he rang my bell, a tragic event had just occurred near my home that resulted in people dying. He joked about the dead neighbors as a way to sell his service. Very distasteful. I told him I wasn’t interested. He then came over a second and third time within the next three days trying to sell . Each time saying no and each time him mentioning the tragic event that occurred. Despite saying no multiple times, he decides to show up again today. He Rings my bell and mentioned that he is now servicing my deceased neighbor and if I knew him. And again I had to tell him I am not interested. Please stop sending your sales rep to my house. Stop ringing my bell to ask about the tragic events that occurred. Very sickening.

  Use Aptive first time for pest control. They are very proactive in terms of making appointments, confirmation to deliver services. Everything is simple with notifications. I had them spray around my house for any pests like ticks, spiders, hornets and mice. So far Nick did a wonderful job and explained well the process. They put the signs out after the job was done to prevent people and pets step into it. Bravo to the team Nick.

  I met Martin today and was very impressed with his knowledge, confidence and friendliness. He clearly explained how your company works and all that is included in the contract, which I believe to be a good value. Andrew then came by just a few hrs later to take care of the first of the properties needs. We did the tic treatments and sugar ant treatments. I’m looking forward to being rid of these pests and feel confident that this will be a good experience.

  When Logan knocked on my door and alerted me to the fact that I had a wasp nest being built on the shutter of my house next to my front door and that there were mounds of ants next to my house I was so happy to know that I could get help immediately that day. Nick and Bensly came soon thereafter to remove not only that wasp nest but 3 more that were under the eaves of my porch. They sprayed my entire house and the all windows and doors. They even found the hornet nest that was by the neighbor’s fence on the ground where my husband got stung every time he mowed. They were so helpful, respectful and thorough. I really liked them and thanked them for doing such an awesome job! They had excellent customer service along with Logan🤩
