The guy was supposed to come to spray, but he didn’t lock the door, and he only sprayed the entire backyard and the outside areas. That’s not okay because he should have come inside as well. He should have knocked on the door, but he didn’t. He’s also lying and saying that he knocked, which he did not. So I’m going to cancel these services and have the same guy come back again to properly spray the inside of my house as well.

The salesman did a phenomenal job selling me on the service and made some very strong promises. Unfortunately, the actual service has been extremely disappointing. I’m still seeing a large amount of ants and mosquitoes, and I haven’t seen the results I was promised.
When I called to cancel after only 17 days, I was told I had to pay a $200 termination fee. This was especially frustrating because the salesman specifically told me when I signed up that I could cancel within 30 days. The representative in the cancellation department was also very unreasonable. Overall, very disappointing experience and not what I was promised.

Don’t do it! One morning I was having breakfast with my family. Someone came knocking on my door saying they have a special rate and trying to get me to sign up..a couple of my neighbors use this company so I decided to hear him out for a minute ..it sounded too good to be true so I kindly declined..he kept pushing and pushing and pushing..in an effort to get rid of him so I can enjoy breakfast with my family I asked what was the cheapest service available without a contract..he told me he could give me a 44.00 one time service. I stressed that I don’t want this to be a recurring charge or service as I don’t need it. I agreed to pay just to get rid of him as he was relentless. I gave my info and he told me someone will be coming shortly after to spray the house. They came and sprayed. Today 8/17 I get charged almost 150.00 and shortly after another aptiv worker came and asked if I was ready for the service. I told him I don’t want anything and Explained I was told there was no contract. He understood and didn’t do anything. I called the customer service number and I get someone who I was barely able to hear on the phone, I was told I signed a contract and there’s nothing I can do. (I was originally told my signature was to debit my card for the first 44.00 payments) I was scammed. Now I’m being told there’s a signed contract and if I want out I have to pay 200.00!? This is insane. Very unprofessional, I’ve called 4-5x already and was told I can’t speak to a manager bc none are available. This is Mahopac New York. Never again with this company.

I’m leaving a one-star review based on my wife’s experience with this company and what I personally witnessed while listening to the conversations and communicating with Isabella myself.
We paid for three months of service and received only ONE complete service during that entire time. They continued charging the monthly fee even when weather prevented them from completing the service. When my wife tried to have the missed or incomplete services corrected, they would return and still only complete part of the job.
What concerned me most was the customer service. I personally listened to the conversation and also communicated with Isabella myself. At one point, Isabella told my wife to “relax,” which I found extremely unprofessional and dismissive. After months of paying for services that were not fully completed, we expected an effort to resolve the situation—not to have our concerns brushed aside.
We were also told that we would still be charged a cancellation fee, with no credit for the services that were paid for but not properly completed.
Three months of payments and only one truly complete service. Based on our experience and my own communication with Isabella, I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

I’m leaving two stars only because I’m concerned a one-star review may be removed, but my experience was truly one star.
I paid for three months of service and received only ONE complete service during that entire time. They will still charge the monthly fee even when weather prevents them from showing up. When I tried to get the missed/incomplete services corrected, they would come back and only do part of the job.
The worst part was the customer service. When I tried to address my concerns, Isabella actually told me to “relax,” which I found completely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of trying to make the situation right after months of paying for services I did not fully receive, I was brushed off.
I was also told I would still be charged a cancellation fee, with no credit for the services I paid for but did not properly receive.
Three months of payments and only one true, complete service. Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend this company

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
