  Tyler was excellent! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He told me what treatments he was going to do and thoroughly explained the process. He noticed an ant infestation on my walkway that I hadn’t seen and he took care of it. After the treatment he sent photos of all the areas he treated. I couldn’t be happier with Tyler’s work and with Aptive. Five stars!

  I am so frustrated by the AI customer service that I wanted to give fewer stars, but the service seems fine and friendly in person. Also I was told I would get a call to say when they would arrive, but they arrived without communicating. Service good, communication less so.

  I am extremely disappointed with both the behavior of one of your employees and the lack of response from your company. An employee walked onto my property, proceeded up my driveway, and then used my property as a restroom directly in front of my camera. This behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I have called twice to file a complaint and was told both times that someone would contact me. No one ever did. After calling yet again, I was told that I would need to send an email to HR instead. Apparently getting a response to a complaint is difficult, although I'm sure someone would have been happy to assist me immediately if I had been calling to enroll in services. I have many other clear shots including a close up of his face.

  They came and talked me into contract guarantee mosquito protection etc etc.. came over didn’t spray the areas in the house they said they would and literally 2 days later I’m outside with my kids and my children are completely covered in mosquito bites. As of I hadn’t sprayed one thing

  Became a customer with the best hopes of a long relationship. However other than the initial treatment the tech was very accomodating and pleasant as was the salesman who promised me everything I wanted to hear to make the sale. however , they never made the next appointment i was left hanging kept messaging the app they kept confirming my appointment for that day until I was able to reach a live person who told me my appointment had been rescheduled due to over booking I was completely outraged that they had wasted my day and decided to pick another day I was to wait and hope they were actually going to show up. The so called customer service rep went into a hard sell I was on the phone for ever trying to cancel their service she would not listen just talked over me and insisted on charging me 149 dollars to cancel . I was happy to be rid of them.
