  Be careful; My appointment was 8-5 with my request to have a technician to call 30 minutes before arrival. Technician showed up at 7 PM and of course did not call nor txt before arrival. The worst thing was, when I asked to leave cause my kids are at home and eating dinner and we can’t spray the house, he REFUSED to leave. After calling the office and threatened him that I’d call the police, he left about 20 minutes after. This is the second time happened with Aptive.

  Service tech is supposed to treat co plate exterior of my home and also ring/knock for access to treat the interior. He sprayed only around the front door, per the photos attached to my invoice, and did not knock or ring my bell - I was waiting for him and had been keeping an ear out. The Aptive website has nowhere to provide feedback, submit a comment to customer service, or otherwise contact anyone for help. Would not recommend this company based on the service (or lack thereof) that I received.

  Im extremely dissappointed with this compan.When these guys originally came to my property. We agreed that it would be a 1 time service and the gentleman said fine. They did the service and told me to contact them if I continued to see the pest they treated the property for. 2 days later I contacted them to explain to them that I was still having the same issues, they then gave me all this customer service number to call. Ultimately they never came back to treat the initial issue i had already paid for. Then they proceed to send me schedule monthly service appointments, I cancel the appointments becuase I did not need they monthly service to begin with and they never took care of the initial issue. Then they took it upon they self to start charging me for upcoming services that I never agreed on trying to strong arm me into services I dont want. I attempted to call the company to sort the issue and all they did is direct me to there overseas customer service line just for them to give me the run around . When they came to my property they was eager to help. When When I actually needed the help no one was there to help. If your looking for reliable work out there there's better.

  Told that could discontinue the service at any time. Received a email that next service was coming up in near future so called to cancel it along with any future service. When signing up that day, they said I could cancel any further services at anytime. They told me I signed a contract but all I did was to authorize the payment for the first service. Received the Service Slip after the first service and no other info in email from the company. This is Denville NJ. Difficult to understand the individual I talked to on the phone. She started to speak of documentation that I have never seen or received. Very disappointed also with the knowledge base of the employees that spray….had them in the house looking for signs of insect damage and could tell they had no idea what they were doing. To tell you the truth I probably would have started up again with them in the near future but there was absolutely no good faith on the phone. She abruptly invoiced me and closed the account, losing any chance of any possible future business.
