Left the unit untouched for a few months, when returned a dead rat was found in my unit. Small holes in all my bags of clothing that rats had chewed through. They chewed through everything. Truly disappointing. Unit was covered in rat feces… if you walk into the first floor of the building it smells like urine. When I brought this to the staff I was told “what do u expect being on the first floor” well I did not expect to over pay for 90% of my belongings to be ruined and to be trashed. Thanks for nothing!!!!!
