- JSJeanne SMay 3, 20261.0Purchased an Allen & Roth vanity. Drawers were crushed. Returned to store. Purchased another vanity. Sink was cracked. Returned to store. Made purchase online of THIRD vanity, got to store at 8pm and was told had to come back tomorrow to get it! All we had to do was pick it up, no register needed! I will return it and go to Home Depot instead! FURIOUS & FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

I believe that anybody can have an off day, and I would guess that was simply the case today; but it was noteworthy enough to bring up. I came in today looking to spend a decent amount on lumber and tools for an upcoming project. After asking somebody for help, I was offered a great deal of advice that I really appreciated. I’m new, and don’t really know what I’m doing - I have a much better understanding now, that I’m grateful for. This individual let me know that they were actually a part of corporate and couldn’t help me with cutting the wood to fit into my car but went to an employee and asked them to help me. They smiled, agreed to help then walked away for what we thought would be a short while. After 30 minutes (i went to ask for help again). Help was radioed for, but once again, while we were told we’d get help, after 15 minutes, I couldn’t wait anymore. It seemed there was a sizable amount of staff and a smaller number of customers, but I’m aware I don’t know that for certain. While I’m sure it was an off day, and I appreciate the knowledge I gained, 45 minutes of waiting with no help or acknowledgement has me reluctant to return.

The morning the refrigerator was to show, I received an email that my order was cancelled. The reason was because it never got loaded on the truck! When spending hundreds of dollars for a product and the only excuse was a lame one! I will never return to Lowe's!! Home Depot will get my business moving forward!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
