I bought a grill on 6/18 that was supposed to be delivered the 20th but got changed to 23rd for no reason...no grill for father's day...got delivered on the 23rd with a smashed hood that no one could see they claimed. Picked back up on 24 with promise of new one on the 26th when tje manger lied and didnt even order replacement....then talked to different manger who promised I would have it on 7/3....and now lied to again and told now 7/6 cause its in there store but have no one to put it together today or tomorrow to deliver it Friday....so now no grill for the 4th party and im told I just have to suck it up again cause I went to lows instead of home depot....and it all started with the first lie from manger alexa....anyone else have these problems chime in...then all I hear is sorry we lied theres nothing we can do.....and now I call lows tje very next day at 7am to pick up my grill and guess what TOM THE MANGER lied to my face cause I cant puck up my grill so I have ot for the 4th cause a little elf assembled it in the middle of the night....3 managers all lied to my face....this is the worst store in WNY....GO TO HOME DEPOT....just got off phone with customer care these are her words....lows mangers are told to lie to customers so it makes it anyone else's fault but lows and thats why there is no way to file a complaint only feed back....her words

Absolutely sick and tired of having to hunt for a lumber cart every single time I come in here. They’re all tied up in the back with online orders, meanwhile those of us shopping in store have nothing to use because there aren’t enough lumber and material carts to go around. The store needs to find another method for online orders or order more carts, it’s ridiculous. Also, the back of the store is completely unnavigable because of the online orders piled up all over the place. It’s beyond unorganized.

Ordered materials for a roof and received notification that it was ready for pickup. Showed up and none of the employees knew what they were doing . They were completely clueless. I sat there for an hour and thirty minutes to finally get my shingles because they “gave them to someone else” on top of that they almost shorted me on over $100 in supplies and glad I at least had enough time to see that. Never ever ordering from lowes again and will have to use Home Depot like my friends and family recommended. Not even an acknowledgment or apology from the management .
