- DHdakota huntleyMay 9, 20261.0Refused to replace a stove that caused an electrical fire. It’s been 6 months sense the purchase and now nearly 2 months without a stove because Lowe’s won’t replace my stove. I’ve already reported them. In addition the manager does NOT take calls refuses to return phone calls for call backs and will not speak to customers directly. I’m tired of someone in TRAINING taking my information and calling me back with 2 minutes. Obviously the manager is available stop hiding behind your associates and do your job!
- RKRachel KleinApr 29, 20261.0This Lowe’s in Glenmont NY is infested with bedbugs. We opened up a box of new curtains and immediately noticed bed bugs on them. This store manager and corporate customer service are refusing to speak with us about it. They are insisting that the bed bugs came from our home which is just not true. We opened the box and saw them instantly on the curtains… see photo below. We spent 4 hours making sure that we got everything out of our home. We will no longer be shopping at this Lowe’s and suggest customers think twice about purchasing items because you are risking contaminating your home with bed bugs which are not easy to get rid of and is an expensive process. We are disgusted with this establishment. Update: the number they provided below to call for them to “earn our trust” was no help. They said they couldn’t help and to go back to the store manager. Unbelievable.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
