I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Post and Joe Hylas at Extra Space Storage. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed the entire hour I spent there!
They took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Both were extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring, while also bringing a great sense of humor to the experience. They truly are a dynamic duo.
What stood out most was how they treated us like family. Their customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they help.
