- JHJAMES HMay 5, 20265.0Have been a happy customer for years (from when it was Storage Post and since the change to Extra Space), renting several large units at this location (yes, I know, we have too much stuff). In my experience, this location has always been a clean, and well-maintained, climate-controlled and secure facility. Though corporate management can be aggressive with the price increases, that’s the nature of the business now with storage space at a premium. Occasionally there could be a minor inconvenience (e.g., my preferred entry is blocked by snow, or closed for maintenance), but the staff on site have always been very friendly, and easy to deal with, and they try to do right by the customer. That’s why I keep coming back.
