I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received at Lowe's yesterday while purchasing a new $600 air conditioner for my 83-year-old father, a Vietnam veteran who proudly served four years in the U.S. Army.
Brian and Will were both exceptional. They each thanked my father for his service, which meant a great deal to him. When I explained to the cashier that my dad's veteran discount wasn't working because his ID wouldn't scan, Will immediately stepped in and took care of it without any hassle or questions.
Brian also helped us load the air conditioner into our vehicle, which we really appreciated.
I also want to recognize the female employee who greeted us and personally walked us over to the air conditioner section instead of just pointing us in the right direction.
Great customer service from everyone we encountered. Thank you for making the experience easy and for showing such kindness and respect to our veterans. We were very impressed.

Customer service in the garden center was terrible due to the young man who was our cashier. His name is "Cameran". I have nothing positive to say about him. He has absolutely no customer service skills. He never said hello or greeted us in any way. He made minimal eye contact. He never smiled. He was curt and unfriendly. We purchased close to $300 worth of merchandise yet he didn't even have the courtesy to say thank you. He needs significant customer service training. Otherwise, I suggest that he be reassigned to a non-customer service position, such as loading. In the future, we will try to be waited on by Amy (when she's working) who is always friendly and welcoming.

I went to the family restroom to change my son and when I went in I was absolutely appalled. There should be no reason that the FAMILY restroom, let alone any of the restrooms should be this disgusting. You can tell it’s been in this state for a while, with what looks to be human feces on the walls and floors and sanitary napkin trash can. Not pictured was the changing table i had to meticulously wipe down and put a cloth and pad down on before I put my son on it.
