- GPGrove Pointe PropertiesSep 4, 20261.0After only 3 months of storage in what should have been a climate-controlled unit, our items were covered in mold and smelled of mothballs and dank. We removed the items and closed the account after speaking with a representative. The representative facilitated a claims form email for us to fill out. In a rather deceptive practice, the form states that a claim cannot be filed if the items are removed from the unit.
